| Perot Theatre - A landmark on the National Register of Historic Places, the Perot Theatre has stood in the heart of downtown Texarkana since it opened as the Saenger Theatre in 1924. After being briefly closed, the theatre was purchased in 1977 by the city of Texarkana. With the help of a generous contribution from H. Ross Perot and his sister, Bette, the ornate architecture and decor was restored and the theatre was renamed. It host many national and international concerts, musicals, and plays. | |

Three octagonal wings and one rectangular wing are arranged to form the shape of a "club".
